a wonderful boutique hotel with Exception - lovely staffs, they booked our Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night trip with great promotion, beautiful - large - clean room with great shower, perfect location, great buffet breakfast. We loved hotel designed with french style. We will book again and we're highly recommending Victor Galery hotel & restaurant.

Upon arrival, we booked our package tour as Ha long bay 2 day 1 night tour + sapa 3 day 2 night tour + Hoalu - tamcoc 1 day tour with hotel staff and were impressed by the seamless coordination. Each guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making our experience memorable. The accommodation was comfortable, and transportation was punctual, allowing us to fully enjoy the stunning landscapes and cultural sites throughout the trip. We had a free upgrade to King room city view was beautiful, large room and modern amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
